Revier Drakensang

He's Andrei's dad who was a vicious militant back in his days of leadership. He contributed to a lot of the bloodshed in the Rubidium uprising, and with Nexus assassinated a large number of Insomnias government back in the day. His battle injuries eventually caught up with him and he is now wheelchair bound. He is unpleasant and irritable, largely because he's often in pain.
