Occurring some twenty-five years after the events some called the 'Second Ascension' in which a mysterious outbreak in powers was finally quelled by the much revered Killer Queen, the time for a war of independence is nigh. Both Insomnia and Silver have known that this war was a long time coming and as a result both have spent the better half of the last two and a half decades bolstering their strength to fight one another.  With tensions at an all time high, all it would take is a small provocation for either to be the first to raise their flags against the other.
