2. Platina

The holy capital of Silver, located in the area of Washington/British Columbia. Because of the changes in climate, many people from more southern areas migrated here long ago, and the hills have long since been filled with buildings since. The inner-most circle of the city is a cathedral that also houses the capital building where the countries oligarchy leaders meet on a semi-regular basis. The most rich members of the city live closest to this cathedral, and the further out you go the more poor and sketchy things become. Often citizens of other cities will leave their homes to come to Platina for a better life, and find themselves destitute and living in slums on the outskirts of the city.

The richer individuals living closest to the city center are known to have lives not much different from someone from Insomnia, as their technology mostly came from there. While the majority of the city does have cars and electricity, the best of what money can buy and maintain is only found in those affluent neighborhoods.
