1. Insomnia

Twenty-five years have not changed Insomnia greatly. The city remains a sprawling and pristine urban jungle, and the citizens still work their hardest to maintain the image of a paradise without problems. A local defense force has become a point of pride of Insomnia, who have easily accepted the idea of fighting for the sake of their home. While Insomnia claims that the purpose of the force is purely to prevent power related crimes from occurring again, any regular person who lives in the city knows better.

Members of the defense force are viewed like heroes in Insomnia, and it goes alongside a stronger than ever worship for the Insomniacs. Various denominations have split apart depending on which individual the church places at their center with most choosing Killer Queen and a smaller number choosing Aphresis and Sister Neveah.

Technology progression has mostly stagnated, as more people choose to join the defense force rather than research jobs.
