3. House Fannar

A smaller but powerful oligarch family that maintains all of the heating and energy for the country. Mainly, their power is concentrated in colder areas like Ceriasus, but their influence has been growing recently due to the ambitious nature of Fannar’s current leader, a taciturn and heartless woman named Ryulia Fannar. Because of the crossover between heating and the larger infrastructure apparatus of Silver, House Fannar is often in conflict with House Delgado. It’s an open secret that Ryulia has been behind some recent disasters that occurred within the Delgado family, but there is no evidence that can tie any events definitively back to her scheming. During oligarch meetings, Fannar and Delgado are often seated far apart.



House Fannar runs a dragon farm in the snowy, harsh area of Ceriasus. It’s said that long ago, House Drakensang and Fannar had worked together to research how to harness dragon’s fire to create heating for Silver; and still maintain an informal alliance within the oligarch system to this day.
